The CB Way: Protecting Our Family Values as We Grow

Over the past 20 years, Cokebusters has grown from a small family business into an international exporter serving the global energy industry. With that growth comes great opportunity, but also responsibility. Responsibility to protect the culture, standards and behaviours that have defined us since day one.

As Cokebusters moves into its third decade, we naturally paused to reflect on how far we’d come and where we wanted to take the company going forward.  It was against this backdrop that the Board, in consultation with HR Manager, Janet Sandford, formally introduced “The CB Way” as a deliberate commitment to preserve who we are as we scale.


Why We Put It in Writing

Cokebusters remains a family-owned business, with different generations of the same family now represented on the Board. That continuity has shaped our culture which is practical, principled and invested in doing things properly.
