Strengthening Our Operations: New Project Supervisor Appointments

As part of our continued investment in people and processes, we’re delighted to announce the creation of a new Project Supervisor position within our Operations team and to congratulate Lee Mottrom and Danny Williams on their promotion into this role.

Both Lee and Danny began their careers at Cokebusters as trainee decoking operators, joining the team in 2016 and 2020 respectively. Over the years, they have developed into highly skilled and trusted members of our operational team – gaining extensive hands-on experience in the field while undertaking rigorous theoretical training and assessment.

They are now in a position to share the knowledge they’ve accrued with less experienced operators.  Their progression reflects not only their dedication and technical expertise, but also the high professional standards we strive for across the business.

Enhancing Connectivity and Efficiency for Clients

The new Operations Project Supervisor role has been established to strengthen the connection between our on-site operations and the organisation of projects before and after mobilisation. This development ensures smoother transitions between planning, execution and reporting phases – helping us deliver projects with even greater efficiency and consistency for our clients.

By creating this link between our field teams and project coordination functions, we’re enhancing communication, improving scheduling accuracy and ensuring that each project benefits from the same level of precision and attention to detail that defines the Cokebusters service.

This step represents another milestone in our strategic growth, enabling us to maintain agility while continuing to deliver world-class support across our global operations.

Recognising Excellence Across the Team

We’re also proud to announce further promotions within our Inspection team, with David Bain and Mitch Griffiths both advancing to Level 2 Inspector.

David joined us in August 2024, while Mitch transitioned from our Mechanical Cleaning division after joining Cokebusters in 2023. Both have shown exceptional technical ability and commitment to delivering quality inspection and integrity services.

These achievements across the board reflect the ongoing growth and evolution of our people, who are the foundation of everything we do.
