Kickstarting 2025 With A BIG Expansion Project in Houston

At the close of 2024 CEO of Cokebusters USA, Kevin Fordham, signed on the dotted line securing a strategically positioned 5 acre piece of land in North Houston with a view to design and construct a new bespoke premises on the site.

2025 is a momentous year for the business as we celebrate our 20^th anniversary.  In Houston we have been operating for some 12 years from rented premises in the Willowbrook area. Recently it had become clear that we have outgrown our current configuration and the company vision has always been to have our own private premises, designed and built to suit our needs.

Cokebusters USA is performing exceptionally well, in high demand and successfully serving clients all over the country from its base in Texas.  The timing felt right to invest in a new property that would better serve our American team.  And so the search began for a new opportunity in the Fall.

It wasn’t long before this 5 acre site in the North Houston area came on our radar and it ticked all the boxes.  Having secured the site we will now enter into the design phase of development with a view to delivering an attractive building consisting of offices, workshops and extensive machinery lay down areas.  We will also be constructing a comprehensive test loop for the purposes of education and training.

We hope to complete the project in 12 months and with lots to do, we can’t wait to get started!
